If you spoke with someone at SE and they confirmed this is the case, you have exhausted what options you have, short of going through the long process SE offered in one of your previous posts. Because you chose to do a digital copy on both devices, and do not have sufficient information on their registration, this is the only way to gain access to your PC's version on your playstation.

But that is only if SE did confirm there is no key whatsoever. If they did, well... you have no alternatives.
