Same Character, Multiple Platforms

I currently play on PS4, If I were to buy a PC version, and link the account, is it possible to play my toon on either PS4 or PC depending on my mood?

Yes, I play with my same character on the ps4 and PC, you just need to buy the game for each platform you want to play on. Log into the mogstation and go to your account then select add PC license or whatever platform you are trying to add. Make sure you don't select add new service account as doing this will create another account with it's own characters and an additional subscription.
