Considering Server Transfer. Not sure where to go.

Been on the Unicorn JP server for awhile. Unfortunately I've come to not find it all welcoming. So that said I'm just considering transferring but can't really tell where to go. Basically here's kind of what I'm looking for:

Friendly casual atmosphere

People talk, have fun, maybe some server events. This is a must.

Mob Hunts

Lots of experience with this. Want it largely coordinated on the server level, or looking for someone to help coordinate. Primarily actually waiting for people to arrive before pulling is REALLY important.

Help with ID/Primals/etc

I have Ramuh and SMN relic coming up. Also some low level IDs.

Coil maybe?

End game on this server isn't all that welcoming. Want to do coil with patient people that are willing to help. I check guides, but easy to get mixed up in the chaos.

For the love of God just *once* I want to clear the Costa del Sol crab boss fate

Zalera is a lovely world. Quiet though... so very quiet We do, however, frequently clear the crab fate.

Lich is a pretty chill server, I've seen the same few people coordinating server-wide hunts for A and S rank hunts. People almost always wait to pull unless it's early morning server time (it is an EU server, i'm from NA so that's when I usually play).
Not too sure about coil, just cleared T5 myself but I have no static coil group. I don't see too many people with dreadwyrm stuff very often, though, who knows... I don't check religiously of course.

If you want a slightly more active server then maybe try Ragnarok? It's the EU legacy server and I hear good things about it.

Glad to hear someone does . My main concern would be that if I do end up getting really into coil that I'd have difficulty finding parties to do it. Same goes for days where I'd just love to roll through some IDs with folks. Also would wonder if there would be enough people around to take part in mob hunts. I don't mind helping with hunt coordination if people are interested though.

Coils I'm not that worried about. As long as it happens at some point and people are patient. At least mob hunts sound appealing. Curious on how often IDs / primals happen via groups.

Sounds kind of difficult to transfer to. Also I fear that more active servers will lead to disorganization in mob hunts. Though would I love someone to prove me wrong on that.

Duh.

Mob hunts arent that important though. Now it is just content for alternative jobs. There are many hunt linkshells and some hunt parties during a day on Ragnarok, it used to be a race but now not that many people do hunts so imo it is kinda chilled, I never had problems getting to mark in time but I am not a slowpoke. Now I am on T11 in coil and during the day I see many FCOB clear/training parties in party finder and many SCOB farming parties, also some T9 clear parties. But if you are looking for example for T6 training and clear party it would be hard to find on any server in my opinion. You should ask a FC for help to get atleast to T9, then find static or PF group.

When it comes to primals, many people will help you with extreme mode primals because they would get soldiery, Ramuh is unfortunately the only boss that people hate though and imo you would need FC for that again.

You should realise that it is a long time after SCOB and Ramuh released so finding a training or clear party will be hard as most of the ppl are on farm mode now but your chances are higher on more populated servers and in huge FCs.

I understand there are more efficient ways to get gear and what not than mob hunts. It's not about that for me. I like it because it's something to do with people. Also I spent a LOT of time figuring out pop conditions (people say it's solved, but honestly I've seen really conflicting theories that it was just better to test myself) so it's fun to use that knowledge.

As far as coils, ids, and primals go I'm sort of looking for an FC to do that with anyways. At worst I guess I skip coil and wait till the next expansion where no one has done the content yet.

I get that I'm going to need to join an FC for most of this stuff, but if the FC is great and the rest of the server is horribly elitist I'm somewhat stuck in the same situation now.

I love my Tonberry server . I can't imagine playing anywhere else. A lot of Californian folks are over here too, so USA doesn't get bad ping to the Japanese server.

Tonberry seems to tick all your requirements, as far as I know. Don't know about server events, but the FC I'm currently in does do FC-based events.
