I don't care for the prizes, but if you give me a month or two, I can produce a very interesting fanfic short story comic...I just finished drafting the story's two acts.
I personally think that would be freaking sweet! Granted, I don't have any say in the process. lol So i'm gonna guess that your sig is your art work then?
Edit: And actually, you have till that patch comes out so that could be 2 months haha.![]()
Okay, I spoke to the people running it. I do not believe we will be extending the competition beyond the release of 1.19, however, I -think- the agreed to lower the word count a little bit (I think they are going to announce 7,500 words). Also, they will be accepting shorter submissions, poetry, art, etc. to be included in the e-book and printed version, with the understanding that what gets included and what doesn't is at the editors' discretion. In the case of art, this is because art doesn't always translate well to kindle/nook and can be expensive to print (the organizers are doing this entirely out of pocket, because the moment they take donations, etc., it opens up a whole bunch of legal issues that are NOT worth dealing with, so please do not offer unless they ask). Also, this is to limit length etc., if we get to many submissions, etc., etc.
I believe they are also considering multiple categories, though this is not finalized yet and may not happen.

Pooka, if a lot of people put in and it can't be placed in this book, maybe a possible second book? Just a thought.Okay, I spoke to the people running it.
