A pretty common error... usually an indication of failing hardware or buggy drivers. Given the issues we've been seeing with the last few generations of cards from AMD, leaning more on the side of issues with the drivers, but it could be some issues with RAM or something. Here's a post from Microsoft on one of the more common scenarios (c0000005 access violation flagged like with yours):

It only covers a couple of the potential sources though. It could even be something as bizarre as a corrupt swap file, since Windows runs on a sort of virtual memory indexing scheme and not actually physically indexed memory per se. You'd be amazed how the simple act of deleting and rebuilding Windows temp files resolves some screwy problems that crop up from time to time.

Edit:
Afterthought... may want to double check the details on your power supply. More and more, we are seeing people running all this new hardware without sufficient power where it needs to be. Sometimes you need 20+ amps available on a single rail just to feed these new GPU's when under heavy load. Here's an article that may help demonstrate the dilemma, it's about the R9 290's:

Notice the peak wattage figures they logged, not just the average consumption numbers...and keep in mind when looking at the max amp ratings on your PSU's specs that you are applying that against 12, 5, and 3.3 volts to get the wattage ratings on those rails.
