yup....there isn't any valid reason why a rnk 42 NM is dropping rnk 30 gear. It should be a rnk 30ish NM where a small party at similar level can take it on. Finding a party with members rnk 37+ is ridiculous.

You can take it down with a small party at r30. You haven't tried, yet you claim it as fact. People can take down Toto-Rak bosses at R25, and those stuff are harder than low lvl NM outside.
