I. Who we are:

Curia Regis <CR> is a Free Company that is aimed at end game progression while still creating a generally fun and enjoyable environment to be in. Our goal is to push content in our various groups while still holding ourselves to a high standard of both play and game knowledge.

• Curia Regis is Midgardsormr's premier FC. Our three raid groups all work together as one cohesive unit and have gotten every server first raid clear since SCoB with the exception of Turn 7. As of 6/24/14, all 6 of our raid groups had cleared Turn 9. We have all current server firsts in the FCoB and have been the only FC to clear any savage modes from the SCoB on the server. As of 12/6/14, all 3 of our groups have cleared Turn 13. Our FC also had the first three Turn 13 clears on our server.
  
• We are a "family style" FC meaning we look out for our own and will take care of our members as long as they are loyal and treat others with respect.

II. What we do:

General Purpose:

We are a Free Company that is aimed at end game progression while still creating a generally fun and enjoyable environment to be in. Our goal is to push content in our various groups while still holding ourselves to a high standard of both play and game knowledge.

On our home server of Midgardsormr, we are known for being skilled players who interact well with the community.


III. What we are seeking:

Right now we are seeking all classes for a new group being formed. The intention of this new group is to provide an environment for talented new players to learn and progress through the Final Coil of Bahamut while not necessarily needing a prior Turn 13 kill that most of our groups require.

While a Turn 13 kill is not required to join this group, all players should have at a minimum T11 experience. Turn 12 and 13 experience is a plus.

This group is scheduled to raid at least two days a week if not more when schedules allow for it.

We want members who are looking to push themselves and are eager to excel. Some jobs are sought after more than others but all exceptional players are encouraged to apply.

IV. General:

Applicant must be extremely knowledgeable about the class and be able to push their DPS to its limit while still achieving great execution of game mechanics. Healers must come well prepared to fights, able to manage threat and communicate with their co-healer and raid group, and push DPS when necessary. Tanks must be able to perform both MT and OT duties when necessary and communicate with your co-tank and healers. Communication is stressed for all roles. You must be able to produce good numbers or be able to heal/tank well while working with your groups.

•Applicant must also be able to function well in a high pressure environment while tackling new content, and be able to take constructive criticism to better the raid when the situation calls for it. Keeping calm during encounters and not flooding Team Speak 3 with unnecessary chatter is something we highly prize.

•Applicant must be responsible in determining raid times and staying in contact with their assigned raid leader. It is YOUR responsibility to double check raid times.

•You must be able to raid at least 3 times a week while the push for new content is ongoing. Our schedule may vary but we tend to start around 5:00 PM PST. Raid times are generally decided on a week by week basis as determined by the group's needs.

•We are looking for members that are in it for the long haul. Raid logging is frowned upon. As stated, we are a family FC. Family takes care of family. You cannot take care of your family if you are not present.
