Paypal please! (or Riot :P)

Ok so I have been having this issue since a week ago which in my case is odd cuz i have done this before. I have used a prepaid visa before to pay for my sub so I bought another one 1 week ago to use on my sub and/or to get crysta to pay my sub. At that point my sub had 36 days so np. I never let it get to late before paying.
Well lucky me i got a 401 error when trying to buy an in game item... >.> so then i tried crysta... also same error... then I got the same error for paying for my sub...
So naturally by then i had tried my prepaid mastercard 5 times.
Now like i said a year ago i paid via the same method no issues on my first try. Yes along my whole gaming time which is since 1.0 the original game was launched way before 2.0 I used paypal which was perfect as i dont have a visa or CC. Now recently my bank upgraded my card to a visa debit which is great also!
So that time i got those errors, I called SE hotline and spoke to a very helpful agent. He told me I had a 5 day ban so to try my card again on tuesday. That was yesterday and I did try again my prepard CC with no luck... So i waited until this morning and tried again but this time on my VISA DEBIT... NO LUCK! and then i tried my Prepaid CC again...
SE WHY WONT U TAKE MY MONEY!?!?!?!
This is the reason i have used paypal! I used to love using paypal because it never once gave me any issues.
I have been waiting and searching everywhere to find out when they are fixing this, if this is even an issue on their side, or if they care at all, or if they even have any updates on using paypal again for subs.
I am very disappointed and now my sub is down to 22 days left....
PLEASE DEV TEAM AND SE HELP! ;___;

I'll just add my experience.

I think I started playing FFXIV last March/April. Decided I liked it and so signed up for a 6 month sub. Everything worked. I even purchased two more retainers since I'm such a pack rat. Then along comes October, It was at the same time as the Las Vegas Fan Fest. I get the notice that my sub was not renewed, despite it being on the same card that was used before. I did eventually find out about the 24hr lock out. That was after I had tried with three different banks. I could never get it to work.

Sadly because I enjoy FFXIV enough, I've been forced to go the time-card route. I've now purchased and used 2 60 day time cards. Even though it's the more expensive route, and I have to "consider if I'm still enjoying the game" every time I need buy another one.

I've really never experienced this type of situation in other games. We are literally saying "we would like to give you money" and the response is "No, Only if you stand on your head and use a hulu hoop and then maybe we might consider accepting your money".

I would also echo the "sell Crysta cards" suggestion. Good luck.

Last month I had to also purchase a game time card as i saw the paypal method was gone for good. And I am a legacy member so instead of paying my reduced fee the game time card is making me pay more. Honestly i'm quite upset at this situation.
