You know how you can go to an ATM anywhere in the U.S. and pull out money with almost any bank's card so long as you pay a small fee? Yeah you can't do that in Japan.

This is completely false. I am currently in Japan and despite having language barriers, I have been able to withdraw funds from any and all ATM's I have attempted to withdraw funds at. While paypal is understandably problematic for Japanese banks, That doesnt mean that things like Game Time Cards and "crysta" cards aren't either. I stand behind my earlier comments. They could just as easily incorporate Game Time Cards as a way to pay for Crysta, by converting the "time" to "crysta" So if you paid for a two month time card ($30) that should be "3000" crysta.
