Its going to be tough crafting 2 star items with only CUL skills even with HQ starting. You're going to have to meld everything, craftsmanship, control and CP. You need a certain amount of each to even attempt a 2 star, non-melded gear won't be enough. Depending on what you want t craft look at the minimum craftsmanship or control its going to take, and go from there.

As for a rotation, its going to take alot of luck and lost HQ mats. Everyone always says level all DoH to atleast 15, for the cross class. It doesn't take long to get to 15. Good luck
