Steps:

I am not completely sure exactly when where and how this happened. I noticed one day that the Legacy Tattoo that I had, disappeared. I tried everything to remedy it, from using the /lmark and /legacymark commands to logging out, restarting my PC and even changing my appearance, my gear and allowing headgear to be seen. It was very visible before, my hairstyle did not cover it and I've tried wearing no armor at all to bring it back. No matter how many times I type /legacymark on /lmark on /lmark off /legacymark off /lmark in any type of succession the tattoo will not return.
