Subscription: 1 character but 3 available

Hi everyone,

Some months ago I chose the big 90 days subscription and I created 6 characters on the same server.

This month I decided that I will first level up my main character before playing my other characters so I chose the 30 days subscription limited to 1 character.

BUT, I now have 3 characters available and 3 unavaible, how could this be?
What will happen if I play those 3 characters? Will I be limited to only 1 char one day and if so which one will be available?
I don't understand, I thought the game will let me choose which character I would like to play first.

Is that normal that there are 3 characters available instead of 1?

I am just wondering if I am risking something if I play the other 2 characters...

I thought it was a max of 1 per server, are all your characters on the same server? I'm imagining you have a few on different servers and so they are still active. Since you can have 8 characters total, but 1 per server under the 30 day option (unless that changed and I didn't realize it).

Entry - 30 days $12.99 1 character per server 8 max
Standard - 30 days $14.99 8 characters per server 40 max

I think because you didn't actually delete them so they are still tied to you.

Yes all my characters are all on the SAME server, that is why I am wondering if it is normal because it is clearly written on the subscription page that only 1 character per server should be available.
I don't really understand, but if it is normal then I am pretty happy, got 3 characters instead of 1 =)

Yeah I saw you say six on the same but was thinking that --maybe-- there were a few hanging out in other servers.

That is interesting though! As Wobble says they're likely still there because you haven't deleted them but I think your and my question both now is why can you still access them.

Shh, lets leave it at that and let you keep 3 instead of 1, haha <3. Sorry I couldn't give you a better answer though ;(.

This is like calling your cable company and saying they're giving you channels you don't pay for. That aside, interesting to note. I wouldn't count on it sticking around, especially after posting here.

It's also such a minor difference in revenue for SE it's probably not worth the IT depts time to find out what's buggy. Unless it catches on, but even then...

Those X's is what happens when you downgrade, you can't access them till you upgrade your account subscription again. Still going with the, they're on different servers option :P (jk, but it seems like you got a nice bug lol).

If it continues to lock characters I believe the one that won't lock is the first one in your list. So I hope the first character in your list is your main.
