Level 50 Ninja Class Quest

Where does the level 50 Ninja class quest start? I just hit 50 and checked out the storehouse near Wineport where the previous class quests were, but there was no quest giver.

You probably did the same thing as me, forgot to talk to the NPC again where you last interacted (De Nevelle Checkpoint) with him in Middle La Noscea.

Did you do the second level 45 quest; The Crow Knows?
