Can I report cheating using some means other than the in-game support desk option?

Back in September, I filed a bug report on the forums regarding the fact that the in-game support desk report forms don't work for me-- the form that pops up is greyed out and will not allow me to input any information. The bug I filed has since been moved to the Unable to Verify forum. I still can't use the report form. Is there some other way to report people?

I would be careful reporting cheating here because it could be seen as slander or something similar. Have you tried logging onto another device or making another character and filing a report? Just curious.

I hadn't thought of trying on another character. The next time I see someone doing something shady when I'm on my alt, I'll see if that works.

I know the link says customer support, but I've had to use it for something in-game before. There's also a section labeled "Player Conflicts" in the subcategory of "In-game." Or just use Other.
