Hello, our group is looking to rebuild FCOB raiding group on Balmung (just transferred from Midgar).

1. Looking for 4 more:
A. 2 DPS ( 1 melee and 1 magic)
B. 2 Healers (WHM/SCH) or 1 WHM and 1 OT war
2. Raid Time:

MON/TUES/WED + 1 extra (Thursday or Weekend depend on people schedule)
7PM PST
3. Requirement

A. Melee DPS must do ~4.1x their raiding ilvl on dummy (e.g if you have 115 ilvl, we expect you to do about 115 * 4.1 = 471.5 dps on dummy)
B. Mage DPS must do ~3.7x their raiding ilvl on dummy
C. Both dps should aim to maintain a number close to this dummy while doing mechanic
D. OT war has melded ruby accessories and maintain 230+ dps + safely tanking and doing mechanic
E. SCH healer: to be comfortable with doing dps while healing + mechanic
F. WHM: be efficient with mp management and comfortable with soloing heal with a dps focus SCH.
