    Balmung is likely your best bet, in relation to your requirements. However, it's pretty packed so making a character there can be.... a challenge.

    Exodus is a fine server. We have a LS containing all the FC leaders and I have found90% of them to be very nice and willing to help one another which speaks well of the companies themselves.
