We still can't be social while in a duty/dungeon?

Is this ever going to be changed? It's unacceptable that we can't talk to friends (or linkshells edit: people keep saying I'm wrong but you cannot use linkshells in pvp) when we're doing instanced content. One shouldn't have to choose between talking to people and playing the game.
