Hunting is INSANE in the afternoon and in the evening....

Here a simple suggestion: when 3-4 members of the party hit the NM, other members (the players ONLY IN THE SAME MAP) get the full Allied Seal reward; but without the direct hit, no book for the ppl 'far'.

I think this is the only real solution.
