Sultansworn Tabard from GC Quatermaster

Gear doesn't visibly resemble anything like the signature gear worn by such class. ie if I were a new player and I saw someone wearing an evenstar jacket I wouldn't identify them as a Black Mage.

If you look at the opening cinematic for the game, all the characters are wearing clothes with a variety of colours, but now all high-end gear is black and spiky or tin-can. Poetics for example looks more Allagan infused than coil loot.
Mythology gear looked great; it didn't fray too far from the original signature style.

The new crafted gear is pleasant to look at too. I just banter about poetics, soldiery and coil gear looking bland and not final fantasy-esq.

o, and I'd like to see unique NPC gear in the game, like Papashan's Sultansworn tabard.

yeah, the current tome gear looks ugly
