Though if they provide new skills or not remain unknown but since only some of the Class Guild will obtain a continuation, I can only guess they will not provide new skills and only serve to continue the storyline where each Class Guild left off or provide a new issue the Class Guild will need our help with.
My bet is this. He is most likely talking about the crafting class as they are classes without jobs. As why would you continue some of the class quest, if not all?
