Yeah Gil toss wouldn't be really cool, especially at low level you usually don't have gils to throw away (unless it's not your 1st class) and also does that mean that someone could save up lots of gils and throw 1 million gils at a boss and do insane damage?

The rest of the idea is nice, I'd probably give it a try.
