    Duty Finder Lockout after abandoning

    Last night I (tank) and two other friends (DPSs) registered for our duty roulette expert, we get Qarn. I started a big pull at the beginning of the dungeon, popped all my buffs but the healer (i114ish) was not able to keep me alive. It was a wipe. Ok, fine.

    The healer then Abandons dungeon. Our group decides, since the healer has left, we can leave with no penalty and just requeue, maybe get Snowcloak instead. I leave first and still receive a penalty.

    Is that working correctly? I thought only the first person that Abandons receives the penalty. My two party mates did not receive a lockout penalty.

    If another healer did, I nor my mates ever saw him or a notification of his arrival. We were voice chatting on PSN.
