I can't buy a private room

I recently transfert from Famfrit to Faerie, and I had a private room in Famfrit, but the FC kicked me out and then I moved to Faerie. Now I can't buy a private room in my new FC house. It seems my other room is still active, or at least is the problem, because when I click on the door, I have the choice to go in my private room, but if I choose that, a message says i'm not granted access to those chambers. Is it because my room furniture is stock somewhere in Famfrit after I was kick out? If so, how can I get back this stuff? Or is it because my room is still active? If so, the world transfert was not suppose to work, no? So, anybody knows what I can do to buy a private room in Faerie?

There's an NPC in each housing area that holds furnishing if you get kicked out of a room, you need to find him first. Should be the one with the black and white hat icon on map, resident caretaker. If you still can't get a room after retrieving your items, I'd contact support. Your English is fine, gl. :P

Hi! Thanks, but the resident caretaker doesn't have my stuff. I think it's the one in the other server (Famfrit) who keep it, but it's weird that some of my stuff is in another world...

I appreciate it's far from ideal, but you only have 35 (Earth) days to collect your things from the Resident Caretaker so with any luck this will resolve itself at that point (assuming it is because you had items had needed to be picked up on the old server).

Yeah, for now, it's my only hope. Because this is just so stupid to pay to transfert in Famfrit, take back my stuff, then pay again to go back in Faerie, and then buy my private room. I will just sit by the stable...
