I bought it on pc all those years ago, do you know if i have to buy it for ps4 now?

i rember some boots that gave movement speed, still have those? i am on a trial on ps4 now. Do we reatin our job and crafting lvls as well? if i were reactivate old account i mean. i am still paying for ffxi that i dont even play lol.
