Why are some players so resistant to change?

Ignore adds, Burn Boss. Once Second Big Cactaur pops, LB it, kill it, then kill boss.

I do that anyway. I do hate it when someone else uses the LB before I can... and not only that, they don't use it ON the Guardia.
