Change userid on PS4

Ok, I finally got it. These are the steps:

1. Search for 'unlink SEN' in the search. Choose "I registered my Sony Entertainment Network account to the wrong Square Enix ID." Direct link is: http://support.eu.square-enix.com/fa...la=2&kid=68223
Make sure that you are on the EU site and you don't accidentally get directed to the NA site.

2. You should see a page with instructions and a button 'Additional Assistance'. Read those well, and make sure you are logged in with the account you want to unlink.

3. Click on Additional Assistance. It's going to be filed under Account --> Account Cancellation. Make sure you provide with all the details described in the instruction page. Now choose Email support or Chat support. Choose chat support.

4. You will end up on a page with the ticket number. Bookmark the page to make sure. Reload the page. If nothing happens, wait 5 minutes and reload again. At some point the chat window comes up.

5. You will need to give all the account details again, and a reason why you want to have it unlinked.

6. You get told it's going to be escalated to head quarters (whatever that means) and you will be told you will be emailed about a decision.

That's where I am now. Waiting for email. But it feels a lot closer to a solution now.

Ok, I got a mail that they were 'delighted' to inform me that the unlinking was granted. I am delighted as well. Very much so. I just checked, and I can play on the PC and PS4! So following the steps in the post above is the way to go.
