Change userid on PS4

So here's what happened:
1. Bought the PC client and made a FF account and have been paying monthly since release
2. Wanted to try out the FF PS4 client on my new PS4, so I downloaded the trial version around Christmas
3. I had to make a new account, since I wasn't allowed to use my payed FF account with the trial PS4 client
4. I liked the controls on the PS4 so I bought the PS4 client as well (making this bold since I want to make sure it is understood that I now own a legal PS4 client as well)
5. I start the client which now says it's unlocked. I want to play on my payed acccount now
6. I cannot change my userid! When I click on the userid field, nothing happens.

Again, just to make sure: I have a payed account and I have bought the PS4 client. Now how do I get rid of that trial thing?

I have a similar problem.

My boyfriend and I both play on PC.
We bought a PS4 and linked the wrong account to it (we linked my account when we meant to link his. I only like playing on PC because of the graphic options not available on PS4 and I prefer PS3 controller over PS4 controller)
Now it seems the only way to "correct" this is to buy another PS4 client so my boyfriend will be able to play on PS4 even though I do not plan to ever play on PS4...

I can still play my character on PC, but it feels like a rip off to have to buy 2 PS4 clients when we only needed one for my boyfriends account. >

It's kind of ridiculous really. But I thought about just making a new PSN ID and link only FF to it. Bit of a nuisance to have 2 PSN ID though. But it's possible. Not my first choice though.

You know, all you had to do was connect the controller to pc and you would havem ore or less got the ps4 experience without making a trial account on the ps4.

Not really. Sitting on the couch in front of a large TV is a very different experience.

Still waiting for a solution to my problem though. Nothing from customer support yet.

I'm hoping for a solution also. I find it perplexing why SE would make it so you can't change the userid.

So is there a way to unlink your PC to PS accounts, create a PS account with the same PC user ID and then re-link the account. Sorry I only play on the PS so I don't know how the PC link thing works. Just a couple other points, don't worry too much about having another PS account, I have 5 of them, pretty common for people to have more than one. On another note, you can hook a PC to your TV, after all the flat screens today are nothing more than a large computer monitor anyways. My PC is hooked up to my 55 inch and looks great.
