Spell bug

[Drake-Valentine]

I seem to have a spell bug. All of my healing and attack spells are only working at 25% of their normal output. For example, cure does 50 healing instead of 200. Stone will do 20 damage instead of 80 etc.

It seemed to happen when I was healing a random player who was in the same area I was in. We were not in a party. It hasn't worked since.

Steps:

1:There is no buff or status ailment on my guy.
2:Tried resetting the game.
3:Tried entering different dungeons.
4:Tried killing my guy. Lol
5:Tried casting with no gear.

Any help would be great.
