Leviathan Progression Thread

I think it's a bit unfortunate that Alex normal was removed from the progression list after people seemed to agree that it didn't hurt anyone to include it. I think people should be happy for others' achievements instead of trying to erase them so you don't get "pushed down the list." Our FC almost never posts our primal kills, if ever, and we actually only started posting our Alex kills because we noticed other people spamming the thread with theirs.

Not to get personal here, but if you look at the posts against it being tracked there are loud complaints from people who entered the raid before everyone else and still did not kill it first. I personally recall seeing some of these groups enter Alex Normal before our group, rush to post their kills turn-by-turn on this thread, and now they are the ones that are on this thread complaining about it being on here. If yall didn't care about the progression of it, yall wouldn't have gotten up and rushed into the raid in the first place and started spamming this thread with your kills. The other loud voices against it being tracked are groups that are looking to be competitive but did not get up early to get the kill.

It really seems like a bit of salt is contributing to the decisions being made here, and that's really dissapointing. If we aren't going to track Alex normal, then don't track Ex Primals - they are both crazy easy and practically anyone is capable of entering them and farming them - or include both. I mean... 90% of the server wasn't even level 60 when Ex Primals started being cleared, and they took about the same amount of time as it did for groups to clear 1-4. At least for Alex everyone was already level 60 and i180 with an even playing field for competition.

You can use the excuse that "other servers aren't tracking it" but honestly, the majority of servers don't have a progression thread at all - not to mention that top guilds did in fact update their kills on their twitters as soon as they cleared 1-4. People might not be recruiting to run Alex normal, but they aren't exactly recruiting to run Bismark either last time I checked.

Again, I don't really mind if it isn't included but I think it should apply to all non-relevant raids, including primals. I don't want to create drama or anything, but I don't see why it was removed if people had already agreed that it hurt no one to have it. The progression threads on this server have always had a fairly bad history of having inconsistent rules - I'm just asking for some consistency here. Primals + Alex or Neither imo.
