What to do after clearing all available content?

Hey everyone,

this thread is about cool ideas that can be implemented in FFXIV. i have seen alot of cool stuff people are doing on twitch, like 4-man extreme primals and coils which is pretty awesome.

personally i went in and did Wanderer's Palace solo as a SMN i have been told that it had been done before by a WAR and a SCH, which probably are harder to do than as a SMN with a guardian angel (Titan-Egi ), but i thought it might be fun to share.

note: the video is a bit too long (even after cutting the wipes out and most of the running) almost 30 minutes.

do one of 2 things:
1) clear content in new and exciting ways (see 4-man Shiva EX as example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXikBXu_Nm8 )

2) Play another game for awhile. No seriously, take a break and do something else and come back to more things to do.

You beat the game, there's really nothing else to do.

the most fun i get in this game is tackling the earlygame dungeons with funny teams, like 4-DPS or 1 healer 3 DPS, or 4 Tanks. I mostly started doing it in early levels because of terrible DPS queue times, but if you get 4 willing people you can have some amazing moments in the struggle, not unlike an endgame raid.

Unfortunately, the nature of level sync and the way the enemies start hitting in later dungeons, it no longer really becomes possible to get anywhere without at least a tank, which removes the purpose of me doing it in the first place (dodging queue times). I'll wipe a dungeon 80 times over before I wait 40 minutes on a queue to pop or party to fill.

Go back to the Inn Room and play Parley and that other minigame which I can't remember the name of until you punch the TV/monitor in frustration?
Go and do daily beastmen quests again?
Seek out rank B Hunt NMs for sport?

There's lots of little things that you can do if you've 'done everything already' - most don't have any 'physical' reward though, but they're nice time wasters.

do you have a house? i waste way to much damn time there lol. Wish we could have some sorta hidden wall treasure room like every other final fantasy... you would visit a town and immediately tear through ever house (kinda rude lol) in search of hidden walls with treasure in hidden rooms.

Would be kinda cool if we could do that with our houses and put whatever we want in a coffer that would reward anyone who found it

i play this game because i enjoy it, not because i'm obligated to. i'm not gonna put up time to level up a class/job i have no interest in. thanks for the suggestion tho
