Any way to interupt a Bots script?

Most bots in this game stick out like a sore thumb because of the AFK flag. GM's need to look into this. At the very least GM's need to run a script to see how much a person has gathered while AFK.

It's not an AFK flag, it's a BUSY flag. if SE simply changed how busy flags worked you could trade with them interrupting their script.

A lot of the more poorly designed bots actually let you run around with the afk flag on, not the busy flag.

Just be very careful when it comes to trading and/or dragging mobs to the bots to kill them. While it may be fine for a legitimate RMT, a lot of the times it's just someones personal mining bot. As such, they're going to notice. And if they really want to, they can report you for harassment.

The GMs that handle harassment cases work significantly faster (they respond within minutes at times), and the only thing they'll see when they investigate is the player being killed by someone else through various means, which is a quick way to get the hammer swung in a completely different direction than you hoped to see.

If I were you, just report it. I am curious though, how is this gathering bot affecting you? As far as I know, gathering nodes are exclusive to every individual player, its gathering should not be affecting yours at all...

Economies are a competitive atmosphere. Nobody can out gather a bot. Pretty simple to see how they influence the value of anything gathered.

If i don't sell the 500 i end up farming before he crashes the market with the 9999 he dumps onto the market i will make significantly less gil.
Also it's just extremely annoying that i sit there grinding it out personally while his program just runs day/night with no effort involved.
