As I've been trying to get one for a long time myself (last minion I need as far as being obtainable ingame), I like this idea. Or perhaps maybe make it tradable like the majority of the minions that are lootable.

If they do that, people who do not need the minion will lot to sell it, increasing competition. Not sure it'd be a good idea.

Keeping in mind that if you see a minion per every five runs, it's still way better than any pony drop. Going on 100+ Shiva EX and never seen a pony once. RNG is RNG.

More to the problem which will arise soon after the last CT comes out, which will make the current ST queue times way longer, as it is now, i've seen it every 5-10 runs, along with throne gem.. But the queue time for ST is like 5-15mins as a tank, a bit faster as healer, and a bit horrendous as dps.. When ST first came out, the queue was almost instant to -10mins.. I've seen people farmed ponies, hence never see a party farm for onion knight, which is why i wouldnt complain about pony drop rate much..
I wouldnt complain about drop rate if for some reason people are still running ST which would be outdated soonish..
Tldr.. How would you get a drop rate if the runs are scarce to begin with..

As a minion collector, I only need the Sightseeing Log reward and this Wind-up Onion Knight. I will have the Apkallu minion tomorrow but I have yet to win the Onion Knight since ST came out. I just ran it 5 times in a row so far and didn't see that 4th coffer at all today. Please make it a 100% drop. It's bad enough I have a small chance to win against 23 other players...but to barely see it, it's friggin evil.

I actually don't blame the assholes that roll on a minion they already have. Every game has dumb fucks that LOVE to fuck people out of items if they can. Who I DO blame are the developers who allow the game mechanic to allow a player who already has the minion to roll again.

The minion being rare? I would like it to stay exactly how it is, and I don't even have it in my collection. If they would just fix it so these pieces of shit cant roll on them, it would be great in my book.

the determination stat is high. I'm still running it trying to get it, myself. Thankfully my FC has opted into running with me as often as I want, so thats 7 less I have to roll against for it, though my luck has still been crap. 3 times, I've rolled 89-95 now, and had 1 96, and a 97 and I've lost it each time lol
