You'll need to start by purchasing the game. (Shop around, as radioactive_lego mentioned, but make sure you get the PS4 version if that's the platform you want to play on. The PC version won't let you play on PS4 and vice-versa. If you want to play from multiple types of systems, then you'd have to purchase it for each.) Purchase of the game does include 30 days of gametime. After that, you'll need to extend that subscription for between $10 and $15 per month.
