I know its just a drop in the ocean to all the others who may feel differently, but when I tank low level as my 50 PLD and people clearly need EXP in the party. I always clear everything, no exceptions.

Pay it forward people, one day you will be in need too.

premade party -> do it as you wish.
duty finder - > vote kick majority wins.

Move on, your Q times were probably reduced by 95% by letting high levels speed run them for roulette/quest items.

    The problem is your selfish

If you want we can go back to before duty finder existed.

Sorry Staris, but your logic here is akin to telling someone who was the victim of a crime (say, a hostage situation for example) that they're at fault for having been there in the first place.

Then make your own pre-formed speed run parties for the low level dungeons and let the players new to the game enjoy their first time or let a player levelling another Job do just that. Queue times were only awful for DPS because SE decided to release a new DPS job instead of a healer/tank. A player also shouldn't feel threatened by veteran players in a dungeon designed for exp and gear progression. Yeah, someone working on levelling a class up can make a pre-formed party as well, but tell me, when ROG/NIN came out, how often did you see a PF ad requesting a tank and healer for a low level dungeon, with the two DPS being a ROG/NIN?

How terrible that you have people who are queueing for dungeons that people normally avoid. I didn't realize completing a dungeon instead of sitting in queue was such a terrible thing.

Well that's just a matter of perception.

Option 1: Short queue, but possibility of getting a party of high levels who will leave you behind, not help you if you're leveling, or worse, vote kick you when YOU actually need the XP.

Option 2: Long queue, but possibility of getting a party of players equal level who will work together because they all need the XP or a similar goal/reward.

    Man, what a tough choice. . .

'Leaving behind' is a misnomer. These people offer levelers significantly higher 'kills per hour' due to reduced queues and larger successful pulls in spite of skipping time-wasting groups.

People less familiar with the content do smaller pulls and more pulls, full of amateur errors, wipes and vastly extended dungeon clear times, not to mention much longer queue times, resulting in fewer kills per hour.

    Indeed.

We were all new to the game once, too. We all did small pulls and made stupid mistakes as well. Why is this suddenly a bad thing?

It's not, but it's ultimately up to the group to decide on what they want to do. If the majority wants to speed run, then suck it up and speed run. If the majority wants to full clear for experience, then suck it up and do the full clear. This isn't a hard concept - if people want a guaranteed type of clear every time then make a group in PF.

Party Finder is a fantastic option for Zodiac questers, but not for experience point farmers. People wanting to spam dungeons for experience points will wait longer than queuing for dungeons and dealing with the BS veteran players (who, again, would have guaranteed speed runs if they make a party finder) may give them.
