Static LF BLM/SMN T12+ Progression

Our static is looking for a HIGHLY COMPETENT BLM/SMN for T12+ Progression, with the following as requirements:

1. iLevel 114+ (adjustable upon competence assessment)
2. Multiple T10 and T11 clears in farm status
3. TeamSpeak + Mic
4. NO RAGE QUITTING. It IS a STATIC position.

Our raid time (in PST) is as follows:
Tuesday 7:00PM - 10:00PM
Wednesday 8:00PM - 11:00PM
Saturday or Sunday 7:00PM - 10:00PM

To form a static group with great attitude and positive energy, while minimizing arguments, tensions and negative comments.

To ensure everyone is satisfied with our strategies of raid and also fair loots. Looking forward to clear Turn 12 and Turn 13 before next update.

i123 BLM with multiple t10/11 clears. Experienced to single digits in t12. Looking for a static that does not have an unstable/chaotic roster. Your raiding times do not interfere with my work schedule. Should there be a means of contact that is not in-game (server is locked), please let me know.
