you can buy ilvl 120 ironworks weapons then you need to augment it to 130. It will match final coil weapons and upgraded Zodiac weapons, which that quest i believe comes along side of dark world

Actually augmented poe weapons will only ilvl130, Final coil weapons are ilvl135, and if relic progression follows it's past iterations, the next relic upgrade will bump it up to ilvl135 to match final coil.

As for WoD weapons, I'd assume they will be ilvl120 along with rest of the gear from there, at most maybe ilvl125.

In the patch on January 20th they're adding a new section to crystal tower and if it follows the same pattern as past updates, the new raid will drop items needed to obtain i120 poetics weapons (1300 poetics tomes + item for i120 weapon) as well as items needed to upgrade i120 accessories to i130. Eventually they will most likely add items to the raid that will also upgrade the weapons and left side gear to i130 as well but it is unlikely that those will be available at the start of 2.5.

Odds are that's what people are talking about and all in all it is a better bang for your buck time wise to go after those weapons instead of upgraded relic if you have to start from scratch with it or coil weapons if you don't clear final coil.

Keep in mind you can already obtain the items for i120/130 weapons but they currently only drop in final coil making them much more difficult to obtain.
