Player created addons allowed?

Actually there was mention of the addons in the recent fanfests. Basic framework done... need to sort it out so as not to be able to abuse it.

Basically, yeah. It should come out either with Heavensward, or sometime during that expansion's lifetime.

But yes. Right now, programs that are altering the game (or even really reading its data externally) aren't allowed; although in the case of just reading game data (eg DPS parsers to get an idea how much damage you're doing how fast) exists on a "Just don't talk about it in-game keep it only in your skype calls/teamspeak/etc" basis
