Game crash before i select my character

Every time I select my character for enter the game, this begin to load and then crash and said that the game have a problem and will be closed.
I reinstall my video drivers with the last one and od the same.
Try to create a new character and do te same.
What can do for fix the problem, this begin to happend 5 day ago.

Find out what changed 5 days ago on your pc, there was no changes to game code at the time till just last night.

I don´t have changes in my PC, I was playing and the game crash and nevere more can enter

Your computer gets windows updates
AV Database updates
Possible driver updates (served via WU or apps like GFE)


anything could have changed in those 5 days.

Check your updates history, check your programs and features and sort by install date.

I resolve the problem reinstalling the game and downloading the client and updates.
