Will ARR come packaged with Heavensward?

So, I've been trying to get friends into XIV, but I have to ask, will Heavensward come with ARR, or will they need to buy it seperately? I'd rather it be packaged with ARR, since new players could easily pick up Heavensward, without having to buy ARR as well.

There will most likely be some type of "ultimate collection" that includes the game and expansion but odds are it will cost slightly more. Nothing like that has been officially announced yet however.

The base game at this point is only $10-20 and comes with a free month of gameplay. Basically for the cost of 1 months subscription you get the game for free. I highly doubt heavensward will be free, my guess is that it will fall in the $30-50 price range, but I could be wrong.

£30-£45 for them packaged together would be a good price, it'd definately bring in new players, as they can treat Heavensward as a second launch.

I can say with absolute certainty that the best case scenario will be a "special combined edition" that is quite expensive, but the most LIKELY scenario is that no, they will not come together and will have to be purchased separately. Though SE will very likely and conveniently have ARR go on sale just prior to release on services like Steam.
