I cannot speak for all but most "veteran" BLM's have the skill and know when to use it. It's not hard to touch it with your mouse or button push combination. Hell if it is too hard to remember to use it, macro it to Raging Strikes (since I know we all KNOW how to use that one :-))...or something.

Though, sometimes, even with QS up, I make friends. Just that kinda guy I guess.
