Eorzea Database... The Missing Link

Up until a few days(?)... weeks(?)... ago there used to be an incredibly powerful and useful tool called the Eorzea Database along the right-hand column on the Lodestone, then one day it mysteriously vanished!

Initially I was distraught at losing such a great feature, and with no warning from SE about any intent to dismiss it as well... until I found that the feature still exists! It can be accessed from the "Play Guide" section of the menu bar (phew!)

However... what ever happened to the column link? Why was it removed in the first place? Or was this simply a mistake..?

Also yeah, I noticed this myself, though I had to google to actually find it in the end. Not sure why they would remove the obvious link and hide it away, it's a great feature. Maybe that sidebar was getting a bit too cramped for their liking.
