Clever/funny resurrection macros

I really despise these "funny" and unnecessary macros. Just say "raising" if you need to add a macro there, I don't need that unnecessary text that's funny to 13-year olds. At least it isn't some "hello kupo" macro with 30 line ASCII art of a fucked up moogle, that shit should be bannable.

You forgot that it needs to beep loudly at least 30 times so as to aggravate the headache reading it causes lol...
