    Good time to make a character?

    A couple friends of mine are looking to join up.

    A friend about 3 weeks ago made a character fine at peak hours.

    Anyone have experience on a good time to make a character in EST?

    This was awhile ago, but I was able to create a character and some other friends to do the same a few weeks later around 3~5AM US-Eastern, maybe even wait until either 15 minutes before or after maintenance.
