    Bought collector's edition but NO bonus items!

    So I bought the Collector's Edition (physical copy) and entered the code, but my account is showing as 'Standard', and when I log in to the game I have no mail at the Moogle...
    I bought a copy for my partner, too, and I'm afraid they're going to have the same problem... can anybody help/think of why this is the case?

    Hi Pandurah! I'm not 100% sure if the Collector Edition digital goods codes expire but have you checked? Also A lot of us 1.0 players were having issues with our legacy status being put on one account while our Collector Edition status was put on a 2nd account that magically appeared. Try logging into the moogle station and see if you have 2 accounts showing up.


    If you do have 2 accounts showing up you can fill out a support ticket stating that you wish the main account to be the Collector Edition account.

    Also, I've looked but can't find anything that suggests the codes expire :s

    Hi Pandurah! Is your 30 day free trial up? If not you might not get the digital goods until your paid subscription kicks in. I'm basing this information off the fact if you use the recruit a friend campaign you don't get the 2 seater chocobo mount until your friend's trial period has expired and their paid subscription starts. Hope this helps!

    Oh, so, the 30 days I get when buying the game counts as another free-trial? Does that mean I'll have to wait for it to end and pay for another month? Can I pay for another month now to top it up and get the bonuses? Sorry for all these questions, real new to this and I just don't want to have paid £40 and not get those items, hah!

    Well I'm looking at the (Remaining days : 30 (Free Trial Period) So based off of that you have 30 days left on your free trial period? If memory serves when on a trial period no matter how many months you pay for in advance they wont take effect until the trial period is over. Unless you're trying to get that little discount for buying subscriptions in bulk I wouldn't pay for a subscription in advance over a month. Ask all the questions you need! Hope this helps!

    Yeah, it's the 30 days (I assume?) you get when you first buy the game. Will try and get a month's sub, see if that helps. Or get as far as adding my card details, just read somewhere that helped someone else with a similar problem.

    A community rep might chime in they're good people, their holiday break should almost be over. A GM might also chime in, poor souls had to work through the holidays but I wouldn't fret about it too much as long as you have all your information.     My partner used her Collector's Edition and it has worked without issue. I purchased both from the same retailer, and we activated our accounts in the same way. I really am quite very angry about all this, I don't know what to do. I've found nothing online to help me, and still waiting for support to get back to me.
    ANY idea what could be wrong?

    Actually that's not the case...

    During my 14 days trials, I bought CE on 2nd day and add it. I got everything immediately and the 30 days free playtime overwrites the 14 days trial.
