    I am on PS4 and the odd lag but not so much so that i would use Shuriken over Raiton. It is not the hardware but your connection me thinks.
    Shuriken is situational agreed, but also much lower dps

    Looking good. It's hard to think you have laggy mudra's when you seem to be executing mudras faster than i can lol.
