The North Shards Fishing Spot

Ok so in trying to catch Kuno the Killer these past few days - which is difficult (and I have no issue with that) - it kind of amazes me at how this location was thought out.

There is a very small area that you can fish from in three spots that counts for this location - two of those three spots have 1-2 ogres standing right by them - okay, we have Stealth - no problem, right?

Well, these ogres, when aggroed by a random passerby, do a large circular AoE attack that can hit you through stealth - this is really annoying when you finally get that HQ Assassin Betta you need for Kuno and then take damage, stop fishing, and lose Stealth.

Let's not even get started on the trolls who bring the ogres over to you on purpose (or the really creative one who aggroed one form afar and then let Garuda take hate and placed Garuda right next to me - that was real nice of them).

There has to be a better way - I'm not asking for the path to the legendary fish to be nerfed - I like that difficulty - but those ogres and that AoE is ridiculous.

yep, it's really bs, I had the same issue trying to fish the magicked mushroom...there's literally no safe room there, you are basically surrounded by ochus and trees that can potentially come near you and aoe the hell out of you. Happened me more than once...
I've been lucky enough to get only once a legendary animation cancelled due to this, and it was trying to fish the sinker.
Anyway, shit happens but what I cannot stand are people that deliberately troll and put mobs near you purposely, pretty sure that's reportable, someone who does this literally deserves a temporary account suspension I cannot possibly think of anything more lowish than that.

I did report them - that wasn't the main point of the post. The main point is that even without the griefing, anyone passing by that area can aggro those ogres and the same result will happen because of those huge AoEs they cast - standing right on you as you try to fish.

I've only run into such harrassment once, and the guy left me alone immediately once I started moving to avoid the attacks leading me to believe he was testing to see if I was a fish-bot.

The ogres, though, are a problem - you don't HAVE to be harrassed for them to be a problem. People simply riding by on their way through can trigger the big aoe attacks, no malice intended. Heck, they might not even know you're there, since you're stealthed and hard-to-see. I haven't made a serious attempt to fish up Kuno yet, but I could see where this would get frustrating.
