I have been getting an abnormally high amount of R0 errors most evenings...
Or rather, most evenings where my FC raids. Usually fine on non-raid nights.

I've had a bit of lag the couple days, but I'm pretty sure that it's due to the weather. We were a few steps away from a blizzard, so I'm willing to be that was doing something. It cleared up around the time everything calmed down outside.
That L3 node near montreal has indeed been dropping out the last few weeks. L3 is also spiking 12% packect loss at times almost every day the last week since I have been tracking it, usually around 11am and 7pm estAre you in the US? There's a networking company called Level 3 with a point up near Montreal that frequently has packet loss problems. Your connection to XIV's servers might run through it depending on your ISP and what part of the country you're in.
The problem's been around intermittently since launch, but it's especially bad the past month or two.
Here's a thread about it from a year ago.

Only lag I've been getting have been extra long load times going into a DF dungeon.... thats about it. An FC Mate recently had long lag just exiting the FC house - though we were able to communicate in the FC chat. He thought he was disconnecting until I was replying to him. We're both in NA and both on PCs.
I did DF into a a dungeon where one of the pugged people were saying they were getting huge waves of lag.... and everyone was frozen - though they were able to talk through it (much like my FC mate did).
I've only noticed this recently, also, (last two weeks-ish) but it sort of comes and goes and doesn't really effect me other than the DF load time...
Probably holiday vacation traffic. I believe winter break is about now, also.
