I've found sometimes people aren't finding what they are looking for because they aren't looking in the right places. Either they aren't opening the drop menu to switch to other categories, or they aren't moving to the additional scenes for the chapter they are on. Sometimes it is because they haven't completed the quest line so none of the scenes are available yet--have to complete the chapter for it to be replayable.

The Puff Puff girls are under the Seasonal Events, Breaking Brick Mountains. Guessing that's the one you were after---the one where you close your eyes and get your surprise?

As for the Ishgard one? If you are talking about the voice-over scene where you first met Aymeric, it's the 2nd cut-scene for "Coming to Terms" under the Main Scenario/Seventh Astral Era. Have to focus on the slider and move it over one notch to scene two.

I was believing that many cutscenes were missing, then I found all those I was looking for under some submenu or other. That menu is really vast, I wouldn't give up on finding any scene before looking for it rather thoroughly.

Heck a good amount of the level 1 to 15 Main Scenario cutscenes are not included in the Journal for example.

Not to mention the Cutscenes in Hildibrand 2.4 Questline are missing the cutscenes when they're following that Gladiator.

Edit: Okay, you got me on the puff puff girls and I'll edit it out of the Opening Post. Still...

When I say "all the seasonal events are not there", I mean it. I've done all events in summer, winter, halloween, spring, you name it. Done them all, saw them all. And not a single one of them is there. It's rather retarded considering the quests change every year and you never get to repeat those quests and see the videos again, so why remove them? It's called "Seasonal Events" category...

That's sometimes an issue where a quest requires a dungeon, and the cutscenes are divided up with some under the quest and some under the duty. But those aren't the ones this thread is about. It's about the ones that are actually missing and not listed under any category. It's a very common problem for seasonal events, very common for class/job quests, and even some of the MSQ and sidestory quests are missing cutscenes (non-dungeon related ones).

For a pretty obvious example, take a look under Class Quests. Your DoH quests all had cutscenes when you were actually doing the quests, but the first to make it into the Unending Journey is level 50 (and even that quest only records one of its cutscenes, though it had multiple cutscenes when playing it). Combat classes also have only an occasional scene recorded (though at least it's more often than DoH/DoL), but not nearly as many as occur.

I can kind of understand the issue with the Eternal Bond scenes. That one (though perhaps the most disappointing to many of the people involved) is based on the unavailability of the other characters when replaying through the Unending Journey. But that reason doesn't excuse the lack of so many scenes from class quests, event quests, MSQ, and sidestory quests.
