    Well most speed-runs are just a simple "Pull two/three sets of mobs and AOE/attack them down"
    There isn't much complexity to it, unlike some of the older dungeons. (Stone Vigil/Amdapor Keep/Wanderers Palace) Where it required a certain method/timing.

    When Amdapor Keep became boring on launch, speed-runs made it interesting. It was already such a slow grind that this made it considerably more bearable for most people.
    20-30 minutes condensed into 5-10 minute runs was quite pleasant as it provided an actual challenge to an otherwise quite easy dungeon (after the first few tries).



    However, all you have to do is say "I'd prefer not to speed-run". But at this point, pulling more than 3 measly mobs is the standard.
