    That's actually also quite true. Summoner gets punished so hard for disconnecting or dying. You have to resummoner your pet with a predetermined MP poll. Basically doing awful (the most afwul of them all). You can argue that if a Summoner stays alive at least, he should push good numbers. What's the point of you're like the lowers of the 'pure' DPS and collapse even more when you makes a mistake in comparison to other classes?

    Game should not be balanced by that how many mistake you do. Game should be balanced the way you do not do mistakes. And i think healers and tanks get even bigger punishment if they disconnect since that can wipe whole party.

    Not dying is not a mistake and it is also sometimes not even in your own hands. Disconnect is mostly not in your hands, dying because of lack of healing is also not in your own hands. If you think healers and tanks should get punished for disconnecting, then you are just not thinking right. The raid is punished enough, probably by wiping in Final Coil. Why would you create different measurements in punishment for something you can't even control? That's just simply stupid, no?

    You do have a point that if a summoner dies, it'll be very difficult to get back on DPS. You get back up, you force to use aetherflow to re-summon your pet so you back to no MP. You pretty much forced to use energy drain to reapply your DoTs, but even then you have to wait another min to aetherflow again to get MP back so you basically have to stop DPS for awhile to get MP back to normal numbers. Something like that have to be re-worked at some point to stay on par w/ other DPS cause the other classes can get back to their DPS numbers pretty quick.

    This is all assuming Aetherflow is up the moment you raise; if you died shortly after putting it on cooldown.... have fun
